Crux near 4th bolt if staying right of the arete.

Steep patina flakes to the 4th bolt and then it changes character to steep and grainy friction moves over a slight bulge to anchors.

Great route, just slightly hard start. Can reach the first bolt prior to starting.

Climbing on edges down low leads to a mantle at mid-height and a flared crack feature above which provides the entertaining crux move.

The route is named after the bluegrass singer Ricky Keene.

Sustained climbing for most of the route.

Crux is at the first bolt and a little section prior to the last bolt.

Cracks and edges to a slab at the anchors. No good stance for anchors.
