A little steeper with better moves and holds than Roof Left.  This one actually gets you into the roof a little before climbing past the right side to the top.

This toprope route face climbs over two bulges and ends at the tree below the large slanted roof.  Passing the bulges is the crux of this climb.

This climb is on a formation with four climbs on it.  Look for an easy slab on the left, a crack on the right, and a steep face in the middle with two side by side sport routes.  Rip off is the left of the two sport routes. 

  Start on the lowest band, and mantle a small ledge.  Clip a bolt and continue climbing straight up clipping two more bolts.  When you reach the last bolt, make a crux move left then up onto a slabby, unprotected top out with large knobs. Every move on this climb is harder than the move before, as the holds get smaller and smaller, and the rock becomes steeper and steeper. This is true until you reach the slab at the top.  

  Enjoyable climbing.

This is the first climb encountered upon entering the amphitheater.  At the base, set up an anchor to belay off of with small aliens or TCUs.  Face climb up and over banded limestone, pass a small tree, then skirt the left side of the large roof to a mantle finish just below the South Rim Trail.

There are two climbs that face west at the Wailing Wall.  This climb is the one on the right, and is the easier of the two.  Begin by clipping a bolt off the ground right in the middle of a bulge.  Pull the bulge by stemming and clip a second bolt.  Continue straight up over good holds and clip a third bolt on steep rock. Climb up and to the left passing two more bolts and some fossils on easier rock before reaching the top.

Begin by placing a small cam in chalky rock to protect the belay off the ledge.  Climb up to a right slanting crack where good pro is available.  Get established in the crack then move left over face holds and mantle a block out left. Clip a bolt and figure out the moves to mantle the next layer.  Climb past a steep section of nice crack to a bolted anchor with chains.

Nice hand jams up a diagonal corner crack system.  This is a good beginner crack climb and an excellent warm up for the area.  No real crux, just pleasant jams. This climb angles left, then angles right at the top.  The belay bolts at the top are hidden from view while standing at the base.

This is the first amphitheater encountered when accessing the Bright Angel Walls from the approach trail.  The amphitheater is east facing and offers good morning sun in the fall and spring, while also offering good afternoon shade in the summer.  All day shade chasing is possible here in summer as a few high quality sport climbs actually face west.  Winter climbing is not out of the question, just make sure all the ice has been melted before trying to scramble down into this crag. 

  The climbs here are short, mixed sport and traditional.  Some of the climbs have bolted anchors while some use trees.  There is decent limestone here with cool fossils and sea shells all around.
