Crouch start with your left hand in a triangle pocket and your right hand on the arete. Move your right hand up to a hard-to-use hold on the arete, flip your left hand to a sidepull, then dyno your left hand over your body to the lip, and enjoy the ride! Make sure you don't use the rock under the arete for your feet and then downgrade the climb...that's just lame.

Sit start with your left hand on a crimp out left and your right hand on a crimp out right, pull up, and match on the large ledge. Move your left hand up to a good sidepull. From here, either get your feet on the large ledge or do a dyno all the way to the lip. The dyno is much harder than V3 and much cooler feeling...but to each their own.
