On the left side of the upper tier are two routes. The left of these is protected by welded "Gold Shuts", the right by unpainted Metolius hangers. Route 33 is the right hand of the two, and turned up interesting climbing on largely very solid, unpolished limestone. It felt upper 5.10 a week ago (20th Jan), but take the grade with some reservation - harder than 5.10, not harder than moderate 5.11.

What the Hecht?

Two Moon Buttress

Start with a difficult set of moves at the first three bolts before the grade eases up. Sustained climbing that is often devious and technical continues to the anchors with mostly great rock throughout.

Start on a dirty slab, and climb to a overhang.  Make some tricky moves onto the face.  Follow the wandering bolts to the top.  Some long slings will help with rope drag.  This is a fun climb with some tricky moves.
